Ru x Ease Subscriptions
Ru x Ease beauty hacks are exclusively available to existing Ruiz Salon guests only. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries every 8 weeks for the next 12 months.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries one week prior (for shipping and any applicable sales tax). Subscriptions auto-renew yearly. Cancellations are valid after six deliveries.
If you want to change your subscription, you can do it at any time by emailing hello@smithruiz.com. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order and you can manage your subscription from here.

MYSTERY CANDLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it before your next billing cycle. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you want to change your subscription, log in to manage your subscription. For Ru x Ease Replenishment Beauty Boxes - cancellations are valid after six deliveries. Please email hello@smithruiz.com for cancellations or assistance. Candle subscriptions can be canceled before your next billing cycle.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept exchanges only for your unused beauty hack. Please come into any Ruiz Salon location and we'd be happy to help.
RU-EAZE REWARDS
With every delivery, you'll also receive $10 off any service at Ruiz Salons. Ruiz Rewards are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and can only be used toward services at Ruiz Salons.
AVEDA PRODUCT SAVINGS
Enjoy 10% off all Aveda product purchases in-store and in box when you sign up for a Ru-Eaze replenishment box for the term of your enrollment.
SHIPPING
Shipping is a flat $10 per delivery, per item.
